Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations.
Late Arrivals:
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there may not be enough time to provide the best care and we will likely need to reschedule your appointment.
